1. The service
dBias collects public commentary from selected X accounts, creates aggregate AI-assisted Current-state summaries with Evidence and statistics, and delivers notes through the web application and Telegram.
dBias is a service operated by Meshh. It is not endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with X, Telegram, Google, OpenAI, Stripe, or Cloudflare.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract to use dBias. You must provide accurate information and keep control of your Google account, dBias session, and Telegram account.
You are responsible for activity through your account. Tell us promptly if you believe another person has gained access.
3. Subscriptions and billing
dBias billing takes place only through the dBias web application and is processed by Stripe. The current public offer is $1 per month for the first three months and $9 per month from month four. The price, currency, introductory offer, renewal date, taxes, and any promotion shown at Stripe Checkout control your purchase.
Unless you cancel before the current billing period ends, your subscription renews automatically and Stripe charges your saved payment method. You can cancel through the billing portal in dBias. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Except where law requires otherwise, fees already charged are not refundable. If dBias cannot provide a paid service for a substantial period, we may issue a credit or refund at our discretion.
4. Telegram delivery
Telegram is an optional delivery channel. dBias does not sell the subscription inside Telegram. You purchase and manage the subscription on the dBias website, then connect Telegram for delivery.
By connecting the bot, you ask dBias to send scheduled notes to the connected chat. You may disconnect it at any time. Delivery can be late or unavailable because of Telegram, network, or provider limits.
5. X content and third-party services
dBias uses the official X API to process public content under X's developer terms. X users and other rights holders retain their rights in source content. dBias does not grant you a right to reproduce, resell, scrape, or build datasets from that content.
You must also follow the applicable terms of Google, X, OpenAI, Telegram, Stripe, and any other service you use with dBias. A provider may change, restrict, or end its service at any time.
6. Acceptable use
You must not:
- use dBias for an unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or harmful purpose;
- share your account or resell access without written permission;
- copy, redistribute, or expose source data obtained through dBias;
- attempt to identify private facts or sensitive traits about a person;
- circumvent access, billing, rate, security, or platform controls;
- interfere with the service or probe it without authorization; or
- use the service to train or fine-tune a foundation model.
7. Financial-information notice
dBias provides general information about public macro commentary. It does not provide personalized investment, legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice. It is not a broker, dealer, investment adviser, fiduciary, exchange, or trading venue.
A summary may report views expressed by third parties. It is not a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold a security, currency, derivative, or other asset. You are responsible for your own research and decisions.
8. AI output and accuracy
dBias uses automated systems, including language models. Summaries can omit context, misunderstand a source, contain errors, or become out of date. Source posts can also be inaccurate.
Do not treat a dBias note as a sole source of truth or as professional advice. Verify important information with primary sources before you act on it.
9. Ownership
Meshh and its licensors own the dBias software, design, brand, and original aggregate reports, subject to the rights of source-content owners. These terms give you a limited, personal, revocable right to use the service during your subscription.
You may use a delivered note for your own internal information. You may not republish, sell, license, or systematically distribute notes without written permission.
10. Availability and termination
We may change, suspend, or stop a feature when required by law, security, provider terms, API access, or product operations. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms or creates material risk for Meshh or another person.
You may stop using dBias and cancel billing at any time. Sections that must continue by their nature, including ownership, payment, disclaimers, and liability terms, survive termination.
11. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, dBias is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise uninterrupted delivery, complete source coverage, or error-free summaries.
To the extent permitted by law, Meshh is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, trading losses, lost data, or losses caused by reliance on a note. Our total liability for a claim will not exceed the amount you paid for dBias during the six months before the event that caused the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not permit certain exclusions or limits. In that case, the exclusions and limits apply only to the maximum extent the law permits.
12. Changes and contact
We may update these terms when the product or applicable requirements change. We will change the effective date and provide additional notice when required. Continued use after the new terms take effect means you accept them.
